Our Construction Methods

Balanced Cantilever Method

The balanced cantilever method is a construction technique in which segments are cast simultaneously on both sides of a pier. It is preferred where deep valleys, river crossings or uninterrupted traffic flow is required. Post-tensioning strands ensure each new segment integrates structurally with the previous one.

Incremental Launching Method

The bridge deck is built segment by segment in a fixed casting yard and launched with hydraulic jacks. On long, straight alignments this economical method uses post-tensioning strands to provide the required capacity during launching and in the final position.

Precast Segment Method

Bridge segments are prefabricated and assembled on site. With high quality control and fast assembly, post-tensioning systems ensure connection and structural continuity between segments.
